Book in 3 Steps

1

Search your route

Enter your pickup location and destination — airport, hotel, city, or train station. Set your travel date, time, and number of passengers. Takes under a minute.

2

Compare driver offers

Verified local drivers send you competing price offers. See each driver's vehicle, rating, years of experience, and real passenger reviews. Pick the one that suits you.

3

Confirm & travel

Accept an offer and pay securely online. Your price is locked immediately — no meters, no surge pricing. If you asked for a name sign, the offer shows whether the driver will meet you with one.

What You Get With LocalsRide

Fixed price guaranteed

The price you confirm is the price you pay. Tolls and taxes are included. No meter running, no surge pricing, no surprise charges.

Verified, rated drivers

Every driver is identity-verified, and our team approves their vehicle before it can take bookings. Ratings and reviews come from real passengers on real completed trips.

Free waiting time

Free waiting from your booked pickup time: 60 minutes at airports, 30 minutes at stations.

Name sign on request

Ask for a name sign when you book, and each offer shows whether the driver will wait for you in arrivals with one. Pick a driver who confirms it and walk straight to them — no searching, no dragging bags to the kerb.

Free cancellation

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and receive a full refund. No questions asked.

24/7 customer support

Our team is available around the clock via chat, email, or phone — before, during, and after your trip.

How LocalsRide Compares

Most transfer options have a catch — surge pricing, unknown drivers, or price uncertainty at pickup. LocalsRide eliminates all three.

vs. Taxi at the kerb

No negotiating, no meter anxiety. Your price is set before you land, not after you get in the car.

vs. Uber & Bolt

No surge pricing at peak hours. No random driver who doesn't know the arrivals hall. Your driver is booked in advance and confirmed before you fly.

vs. Hotel shuttle

Fully private — no sharing with strangers. Meets your schedule, not a fixed departure time. Available to any hotel, apartment, or address.

Frequently asked questions

How does LocalsRide work?
You enter your pickup and destination, and verified local drivers send you competing price offers. You compare prices, vehicles, and ratings, then book the one you prefer. Your price is locked at checkout — no changes, no hidden fees.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you confirm is the exact amount you pay. Tolls and taxes are included in every offer. There is no meter running and no surge pricing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver comes for the pickup time you booked, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start then, so a long delay can use them up. If your flight is delayed, message your driver in the LocalsRide chat.
How are drivers verified?
Every driver on LocalsRide is identity-verified, and our team approves their vehicle before it can take bookings. You can see their vehicle photo, passenger rating, and reviews before confirming your booking.
Will my driver meet me with a name sign?
Yes, if you ask for one and the offer you accept includes it. Enter the name for the sign when you book, and each offer shows whether the driver will meet you with it in arrivals; if not, you agree a pick-up point with the driver before you land.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and receive a full refund. Full cancellation terms are shown in your booking confirmation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking — you never need to carry cash for the transfer.
