Where will the driver meet me?
If you ask for a name sign, each offer shows whether the driver will wait for you with one at the cruise terminal exit; if not, you agree a pick-up point with the driver. If the port has multiple terminals, you'll get exact instructions with your booking confirmation.
What if my ship arrives late?
Your driver comes for the pickup time you booked, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start then, so a long delay can use them up. If your ship is late, message your driver in the LocalsRide chat.
Can I book a transfer to the airport?
Absolutely. Many passengers book port-to-airport transfers. Just enter the cruise port as pickup and the airport as drop-off — drivers will send you their offers.
Can the driver help with luggage?

What if my cruise itinerary changes?
