Should I take the Maglev from Pudong or a taxi?

The Maglev is a great experience (7 min, 431 km/h) but ends at Longyang Road in eastern Pudong, far from most hotels. With luggage and the onward metro connection, a direct taxi or private car is comparable in total door-to-door time. Most tourists do the Maglev on the return leg to PVG instead.

Can I book one transfer from Pudong airport (PVG) to Suzhou or Hangzhou?

Yes — direct transfers from PVG to Suzhou (130 km, 2–2.5 hours) and Hangzhou (200 km, 2.5–3.5 hours) are available. High-speed rail is faster but needs a 55 km cross-town transfer to Hongqiao station first. A private car is simpler door-to-door.
