Goa Manohar Airport Transfer (GOI)

Manohar International Airport (IATA: GOI) opened as Goa's primary scheduled-service airport in 2024, located in Mopa, North Goa. It replaces most services from the older Dabolim Airport and places arriving passengers closer to the popular northern beaches. LocalsRide covers all routes from GOI to every Goa destination — North and South.

Transfer Times from Manohar Airport (GOI)

Pernem and Arambol in North Goa are 15–20 minutes away. Calangute and Baga are approximately 30–40 minutes. Anjuna and Vagator are 35–45 minutes. Panaji, the state capital, is 35–45 minutes. South Goa destinations (Colva, Cavelossim, Palolem) are 60–80 minutes from GOI. Your driver will take the fastest available route.

Why Use LocalsRide from Manohar Airport?

As a new airport, Manohar has limited ground transport infrastructure compared to older facilities. Official pre-paid taxis are available but fill quickly during peak-season landings. Pre-booking your LocalsRide transfer guarantees a vehicle regardless of demand on the ground. Goa's peak season runs October to March — book ahead during these months.

Meeting Your Driver at GOI

After clearing customs, proceed to the arrivals hall exit. If you ask for a name sign, each offer shows whether your LocalsRide driver will meet you with one in the designated pick-up area; if not, you agree a pick-up point with the driver. The 60-minute complimentary wait starts at your booked pickup time, so a long flight delay can use it up. If your flight is delayed, message your driver in the LocalsRide chat.
