Parking in Budva is limited and paid; pre-booked drivers typically use the drop-off-and-wait-in-designated-zone pattern rather than parking directly at the old-town gate. The Budva-Sveti Stefan road is two-lane and curvy but well-maintained; the view of Sveti Stefan from the Miločer viewpoint is the standard Montenegro postcard stop.
