KTI Airport Transfer | Phnom Penh Techo

Techo International Airport (IATA: KTI) opened on 9 September 2025 and replaced Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) for all commercial flights. KTI is in Kandal province, south of Phnom Penh, and serves routes from Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and a growing number of Chinese cities. The drive into the city takes 45–60 minutes and longer at rush hour, so the old PNH transfer times no longer apply. USD is accepted for airport services. Independence Monument and BKK1 (expats, hotels): about 24 km, 45–60 min. Riverside and Palace area: about 10 min beyond the centre. Central Market and Toul Sleng (S-21): about 10 min beyond the centre. Rush hours (07:30–09:00 and 16:30–18:30) can add 30 minutes or more.
