VNO's ground-transport infrastructure is well-organised. Bolt operates with designated airport pickup zones and works with international cards. The public bus route 88 runs VNO to Lukiškės Square near Vilnius Central Station every 20-30 minutes for about EUR 1. The 3G airport rail connection runs to Vilnius Central Station in 7 minutes for EUR 0.70 — genuinely fast but requires a short walk or taxi onward to most old-town hotels. At the Airport

VNO's compact single-terminal layout has arrivals on the ground floor with customs and baggage reclaim within a 60-metre walk to the ground-transport exit. Free Wi-Fi throughout (no SMS verification needed). Currency exchange is mostly unnecessary since Lithuania uses the euro; ATMs accept international cards reliably. Telia, Tele2 and Bitė SIM-card vendors operate at arrivals (EUR 10-15 tourist packages). Priority Pass access via the Primeclass Lounge on the departures side. The arrivals meet-and-greet area is clearly marked — pre-booked drivers hold name signs here. Outside the ground-transport exit, the taxi rank, Bolt pickup zone, and bus 88 stop are all within 50 metres.
